Your Tasks
Develop&implement manufacturing strategy that is aligned with global Beiersdorf manufacturing system.
Resonsibility for manufacturing program activities across function to enhanced&monitor the manufacture performance.
Drive Factory performance that related to productivity&efficiency.
Lead&coordinate team activities to optimize cost performace of the plant through capital investment programs,optimizing operating working capital usage and minimizing waste through the development of the continuous improvemet culture compassing lean principles&clear strategic development.
Provide cross collaboration of different function to manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement,added value and process improvement.
Lead&coordinate with finance and other function for manufacturing cost effectiveness.
Your Profile
Min. bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Eng.)
10-12 years’ experiences in CI area, FMCG is preferred with the similar position
Advance knowledge&experience in manufacturing management&prefer from cosmetics/pharmacy industry
Extensive expertise in manufacturing excellence principles ie. ManEx/Lean Manufacturing/IWS/WCM
Exposure to driving&mentoring daily routine meetings
Strong analytical thinking&conceptual skills
Strong problem-solving attitude (addressing&solving problems which do not have routine solutions)
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English with strong communication skills; exposure to Region/Global, knowledge of Bahasa will be an added advantage
Ability to adapt changes in work environment
Ability to manage crisis situation
