Deskripsi Lowongan
- To manage the processiing of Account Opening and Maintenance and to process SCI Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding for CIB client segments are processed in compliance with laid down procedures, within stipulated cut off time, adhering to services standard.
- To manage and control all matters relating to account opening and maintenance and SCI process for Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Bank clients, ensuring quality service is delivered and operational efficiency attained.
- To deliver service quality to CIB Clients by managing and supervising a team of people who process opening and maintenance instructions.
- Work closely with all team members in Account Services area in order to support team performance and service standard and in line with procedures and compliance.
- To ensure the existing work procedures are up to date in order enhance productivity and minimize client complaint.
- To ensure daily balancing, reconciliation and controls are in place.
- Appropriate and timely escalations, especially significant risk issues, to any governance committees or to other stakeholders in senior management, risk or control functions as appropriate
- Ensure full compliance with all Country and Group policies (consistent in execution), statutory regulations, local banking laws, anti-money laundering regulations and industry practices.
- Meticulous with a good eye for detail; able to work quickly and accurately
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines
