What does the day-to-day look like?

Doing operational finance control including budgeting, forecasting, profitability monitoring and cost control to the business unit, for the purpose of the below items, but not limited to:

• Key person for financial analysis and control.
• Prepare, analyze, and report financial performance against business metrics.
• Comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Create quarterly, yearly, and 5-year P&L planning;
• Monthly accruals for financial closing.
• Monthly business review and analysis.
• Perjanjian Kerjasama (Agreement) Review

Consolidation for Bukalapak Group Financial Analysis, for the purpose of the below items, but not limited to:

• Weekly financial performance review analysis.
• Data consolidation for Bukalapak Group Financials including quarterly, yearly, and 5-year Pnl planning.
• Monthly profit or loss reporting per business segment.
• Monthly management reporting.
• Ad-hoc projects for new companies and businesses.

What does amazing look like?

• Up to 3 years working experience in finance, budgeting or business analyst.
• Bachelors from a reputable top university, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting or Management.
• Work experience in top accounting or multinational firms
• Proficient in English written and spoken
• Advanced in excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player.
• Good logical and analytical skill, high attention to detail, and reliable.
• Good communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.
