Job Description
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading international chain of Quick Service Restaurants with over 50 stores primarily in the Western Province.
LOCATION :
Colombo
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee restaurant performance, achieve ambitious sales and profit targets.
- Accountable for financial performance and P & L of assigned zone.
- Ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
- Conduct audits/store visits for compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Control business costs and coordinate for process improvements.
- Ensure standard operating procedure adherence for operational aspects.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant professional qualification.
- Experience in Operations Manager role in QSR/retail/FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
