Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and qualified candidate to join our sales team as a Zonal Manager to oversee sales operations in Gampaha, Kurunegala, Kandy, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Puttalam, Ampara, Jaffna, Trincomalee, and Vavuniya.
The Zonal Manager will lead a team comprising Regional Manager, Territory Managers, and Sales Executives, driving sales and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans aligned with organizational goals
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to field sales team members
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide product information
- Coordinate with distributors, prepare sales reports, and explore new market opportunities
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business
- Experience in lubricant/FMCG industry advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership in achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
