Job Description
The United States Agency for International Development in Sri Lanka (USAID/Sri Lanka) is offering recent graduates the opportunity to join their Young Professionals Fellowship (YPF) program. This program provides hands-on experience in international development within USAID’s Sri Lanka offices. Selected Fellows will be provided a competitive allowance, with a focus on candidates from rural or remote areas.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates from State Universities of Sri Lanka
- Graduates from 2019/2023 batches
- Minimum final Grade GPA of 3+
- Degree in Arts/Management/Finance/Law/IT related to Economics, Political Science, Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Management
- Mahapola Scholarship holder or Family Income below Rs.500,00 per year
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
