What is your role?
Full-time – Hybrid
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Windows systems.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for Windows systems.
- Collaborate with other teams for seamless integration with other technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation on system design and maintenance.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system issues.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant IT field.
- 7+ years of experience in Windows systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft tech.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud technologies (Azure).
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications like MCSE: Core Infrastructure are a plus.
