Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Manager located in Kelaniya. Responsible for supervising operations, managing inventory, overseeing warehouse management, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff
- Implement inventory control procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Develop and manage the warehouse budget
- Establish and monitor KPIs
- Leverage warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with other departments
- Prepare regular reports
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Supervisory Skills and Operations Management

- Experience in managing warehouse operations
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- 10 to 15 years in logistics or supply chain management
