Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures for efficient and safe operations
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with other departments
- Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff
- Conduct audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Implement proper storage and handling procedures
- Control warehouse expenses and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
