Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire Stores / Distribution and Transport operations consisting of a small fleet of own and outsourced commercial vehicles.
- Monitor inventory levels & maintain 100% control measures for efficient stock movement.
- Implement procedures to ensure smooth operations flow.
- Coordinate with Suppliers for uninterrupted dispatch of cargo.
- Maintain documentation to meet ISO 2200, BRC, and SLSI certifications.
- Manage Labour Contractors and arrange warehousing space as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- MBA would be an added qualification.
- More than 8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in Agri-based export/distribution.
- Experience in 3PL operations advantageous.
- Knowledge in SAP/ERP systems.
- Strong Communication, PR Skills, and ability to lead a team.
