Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Visa Officer at Mind Plus in Colombo. As a Visa Officer, you will manage visas, handle immigration issues, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Visa handling.
- Experience in VFS is an added advantage.
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
- Ability to work independently and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Visa handling for Internal & External Clients.
- Coordinate with Embassies for visa updates.
- Advise customers on Visa requirements & Procedures.
- Validate Visa documents.
- Fill Visa application forms and Draft letters to relevant embassies for submission.
