Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented individual to join our Visa Operations Team at Mackinnons American Express Travels, a leading travel agency in Sri Lanka. As a subsidiary of John Keells Group and the Global Business Travel partner of American Express, we offer unparalleled travel products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on visa processes and requirements to customers.
- Assist customers with visa procedures and document verification.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for timely visa submissions.
- Monitor visa applications and ensure timely processing.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in visa procedures.
- Updated knowledge of travel restrictions and visa procedures.
- Familiarity with Amadeus and Galileo systems.
- Strong PR and networking skills.
- Proficiency in English language and excellent customer service skills.
