We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our Visa Operations Team at Mackinnons American Express Travels, a premier travel agent in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, guiding on visa procedures, and coordinating with relevant offices for timely submissions.
- Sound knowledge of Visa procedures & requirements
- Updated on travel restrictions
- Excellent understanding of Travel Industry systems
- Good PR & networking skills
- Proficiency in English, telephone & email etiquette
- Knowledge of TC areas, Airline code, City code, and fares are advantageous
