Location: Galle and Mirissa, Sri Lanka

Role Description: We are seeking full-time, on-site Villa Managers to oversee daily operations at our Galle and Mirissa properties. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and coordinating with various departments for a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality management, guest services, and property maintenance
- 3-5 years of experience in boutique villas
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
