Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Villa Manager to oversee daily operations at our Mirissa resort. Responsibilities include staff management, guest satisfaction, event coordination, property maintenance, reservations, budgeting, and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience at a Boutique Villa/Bungalow
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hospitality management experience
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management software
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
