Job Description
Job Duties
- Source, Recruit, Onboard, Manage, and train all vendors.
- Conduct phone calls throughout the day: recruiting/cold calls, phone screens, and interviews.
- Handle vendor incoming calls, web, and email queries.
- Establish a measurable and quantifiable process for efficient recruiting.
- Develop outreach strategies to attract potential candidates.
- Manage the flow of inquiries & candidates through the recruitment process.
- Partners daily with other departments to meet vendor needs.
- Receive, log, and assist in resolving partner complaints.
- Maintain relationships with current and potential vendors.
- Ensure vendors are compliant with all certifications.
- Explain partnerships, processes, and benefits of working.
- Train and assist vendors.
- Assist in maintaining vendor-related performance reports.
