Job Duties

• Source, Recruit, Onboard, Manage, and train all vendors.
• Conduct phone calls throughout the day: recruiting/cold calls, phone screens, and interviews.
• Handle vendor incoming calls, web, and email queries.
• Establish a measurable and quantifiable process for efficient recruiting.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract potential candidates.
• Manage the flow of inquiries & candidates through the recruitment process.
• Partners daily with other departments to meet vendor needs.
• Receive, log, and assist in resolving partner complaints.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential vendors.
• Ensure vendors are compliant with all certifications.
• Explain partnerships, processes, and benefits of working.
• Train and assist vendors.
• Assist in maintaining vendor-related performance reports.
