Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the product list, including all pricing information and send it to the relevant department staff for the coding of these products.
- Needs to coordinate with the finance department to progress the Vendor payments.
- Checks and dispatches the delivery when there is any difficulty with vendors.
- Manages and solves vendor concerns and matters.
- Surveys the product and get the most competent selling price.
- Assistance with After-Sales Services and Associated Documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
- Should have excellent organization skills and multitasking skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications / MS Office package.
- Exceptional attention to detail. Good time management skills.
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing/Management or related field.
