Job Description
Amplifyn invites a User Experience Lead to join the team. Lead design team, workflows, and deliver seamless UX for software products. Mentor other designers, collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own UX delivery of software products
- Lead design thinking workshops and user research
- Identify user journeys, propose ideal UX, validate solutions
- Design appealing user interfaces and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders and stay updated with technology trends
Skills:
- 6+ years in product design
- Experience with Figma, prototyping, usability tests
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in agile project management
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
