Job Description
OrangeHRM Inc. Head Quarters, based in the US, develops the world’s most widely used open source human resource management software. We are seeking a motivated UX Designer to enhance user experience by designing graphics elements, building navigation components, and ensuring easy-to-use product functionality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in user research for product design decisions
- Analyze user experience and provide feedback for optimal UX solutions
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and wireframes
- Develop UI for major browsers and create mockups and prototypes
- Ensure product usability and delightfulness
Education & Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Graphics Designing and Modern UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with wireframe tools
- Strong communication skills for collaboration
- BSc in computer science preferred
- Work experience advantageous
