Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively sell the destination as a holiday spot
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and customers
• Maintain quality standards as per SOP
• Handle inquiries and complaints
• Manage customer accounts and agents for seamless service

Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years in Travel and Tourism Industry
• Experience with Indian clients preferred
• Excellent English and Computer skills
• Knowledge of tourism operations and inbound tourism
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel for travel cost estimates
