As an Outbound Travel Executive at Embark Holidays, you will manage and promote international travel packages, build client relationships, and ensure seamless booking experiences. Your role is pivotal in delivering outstanding service and personalized travel solutions to help clients explore the world.

• Develop and promote outbound travel packages to various international destinations.
• Provide expert advice on travel options and handle client inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships, coordinate with suppliers for the best services, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Resolve any issues during the booking process or travel experience.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of outbound travel sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and booking systems.
