As an Outbound Travel Executive at Embark Holidays, you will manage and promote international travel packages, build client relationships, and ensure seamless booking experiences. - Develop and promote outbound travel packages to various international destinations.
- Provide expert advice on travel options and handle client inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships, coordinate with suppliers for the best services, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Resolve any issues during the booking process or travel experience.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of outbound travel sales experience.
