Job Description
Position: Travel Coordinator
Company: INQUBE GLOBAL
Location: Athurugiriya
Responsibilities:
- Prepare costing proposals for business travel authorized by the head of department.
- Liaise with relevant visa office and submit all necessary documentation to process visa for employees.
- Manage travel requirements of employees; including flight bookings, accommodation, transfers, in accordance with corporate travel guidelines.
- Identify the foreign exchange requirements of employees due to travel overseas and co-ordinate with relevant teams to release forex on-time.
- Arrange and co-ordinate customer visits to INQUBE GLOBAL including meeting arrangements, conference room booking, catering, transport etc.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A certificate level qualification in ticketing
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a travel agency/international travel co-ordination).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
