Job Description

Position: Travel Coordinator

Company: INQUBE GLOBAL

Location: Athurugiriya

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare costing proposals for business travel authorized by the head of department.
  • Liaise with relevant visa office and submit all necessary documentation to process visa for employees.
  • Manage travel requirements of employees; including flight bookings, accommodation, transfers, in accordance with corporate travel guidelines.
  • Identify the foreign exchange requirements of employees due to travel overseas and co-ordinate with relevant teams to release forex on-time.
  • Arrange and co-ordinate customer visits to INQUBE GLOBAL including meeting arrangements, conference room booking, catering, transport etc.
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A certificate level qualification in ticketing
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a travel agency/international travel co-ordination).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
