Position: Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Arrange and book car rentals, and more for our clients.
- Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all aspects are covered.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering travel advice and support.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and deals.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare travel reports and invoices.
- Respond to travel emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination or as a travel agent.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for travel and detail-oriented mindset.
