Your Role Description – Travel Consultant
This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant at World Flight Vibes. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements such Flights & Package Bookings, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and offering travel consulting services to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting customers with their travel plans, ensuring seamless travel experiences, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, multilingualism is a plus
- Ability to work from Mondays – Saturdays (UK Hours)
- Work on site (Colombo 03)
- Build Lasting relationships with Clients in United Kingdom, understanding their requirements & exceeding expectation
- Previous Sales or Customer Care experience is a bonus, but a hunger to succeed is essential
