Job Description
FLY Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is seeking dynamic, talented, and experienced individuals to join our team in the roles of Travel Consultant and Senior Travel Consultant.
Location: Kollupitiya
Work Schedule: Roster Basis
Salary: Negotiable
Work Hours: 9-hour Shift Basis
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking air tickets and travel arrangements.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry regulations.
- Work towards sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in air ticketing and travel consulting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours on a roster basis
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
