Job Description

Job Description: The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various logistics-related tasks, updating management on transportation activities, and handling all necessary documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee transportation and logistics operations for efficient delivery.
  • Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Update management on transport activities and provide reports.
  • Handle all necessary documentation and optimize routes to cut costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and resolve transportation issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Transport Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in English, organizational skills, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics.

Education:

  • Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management preferred.
