Job Description
Package: 220k – 250k
Responsibilities:
- Assess and determine training needs for the retail sales team.
- Ensure timely delivery of onsite training sessions.
- Propose mechanisms to improve training initiatives.
- Support Retail Manager performance evaluation.
- Review and update training materials annually.
- Provide monthly updates on training progress.
Expected Profile:
- Exposure in retail environment required.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Training and Development certifications preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of training experience.
- Design and manage training programs.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate and propose improvements for training programs.
