Job Description

Medcube USA LLC is searching for a skilled Training and Development Specialist to create and deliver top-notch training programs for our team, enhancing their skills and knowledge to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs and materials.
• Conduct training sessions on technical skills, soft skills, and industry knowledge.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Assist with complex scenarios and queries.
• Stay updated with industry guidelines and compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, IT, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in training, teaching, accounting, or IT.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is advantageous.
