Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with strategic goals.
- Assess training needs through surveys and consultations.
- Design training materials and manuals.
- Plan and deliver training using various methods.

- Coordinate training courses and provide ongoing technical training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
