Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods.
- Collaborate with team members to conduct regular stock checks and reconcile variances.
- Work closely with the purchasing team to fulfill internal and external orders.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a neat and orderly storage area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding inventory levels and requirements.
- Assist in generating regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and trends.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Learn and implement best practices for the safe handling and storage of inventory.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software
