Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinates & preparing proforma invoices for all export shipments.
- Handling all pre and post shipment documents for all exports (Trading) and local shipments.
- Maintain local order register updating.
- Check and release final shipping documents for courier.
- Maintain good rapport with shipping lines, clearing agents, all other parties relevant to the function.
- Maintain a good filing system in the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in supply chain management or logistics management from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures in Sri Lanka.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
