Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Implementation teams to ensure that project is delivered to the plan and the budget.
- Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Developing training materials and training the client in the use of the configured solution.
- Supporting the client in testing the system prior to going live.
- Supporting the client in data migration.
- Providing ongoing support following going live.
- Performs business process analysis, consultation, design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of ERP software.
Requirements:
- Completed or following a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Related Qualification.
- Freshers who have a passion in the IT industry are encouraged to apply.
