Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage follow-up activities with existing customers, ensuring timely responses and addressing any client concerns or queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, documents, and reports.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of customer accounts, including scheduling meetings, setting reminders, and tracking project timelines.
- Help identify potential issues and assist in preparing escalation details and reports for management or clients.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure client requests and tasks are being followed through efficiently.
- Task Prioritization and prioritize daily tasks to ensure that key deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate/diploma in a comparable discipline.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The candidate must be able to communicate in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience or knowledge in account management or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
