Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to schedule coaching/training sessions.
  • Coordinate and manage training program schedules, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Liaise with trainers to confirm availability.
  • Maintain accurate training schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials and reminders.
  • Handle admin tasks related to training, including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Provide support during training sessions (virtual and in-person).
  • Collaborate to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Contribute to developing new training initiatives and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Fresh graduate in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Must reside in or near Colombo for easy commuting.
