Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Compliance Consultant to join our dynamic health practice and BPO team, providing invaluable backend administrative support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Possess a commercial mindset, demonstrating the ability to seamlessly integrate into our fast-paced environment and effectively manage relationships across all levels of the business.
- Collaborate with the Policy and Compliance team on various projects, including those related to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- In-depth knowledge of Australian laws preferred.
- Handle international calls originating from Australia.
- Preferred background in Law or a related field.
- Engage with individuals with disabilities in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-starting attitude.
- Strong team ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess a friendly and approachable personality.
- Available to work from 4 am to 2 pm approximately (Monday to Friday) and 4 am to 8 am approximately on Saturdays (SL time).
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop are required.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay: 25k to 40k (with potential increments within the first 3 months based on performance).
