We are looking for a young and methodical individual to join our team at The Hayleys Group (Hayleys PLC) in the Payroll Services department.
Job Responsibilities:
- To process payrolls with guidance, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness
- Check and verify details, focusing on quality improvement
- Adhere to legal and procedural compliance
- Organize work methodically and meet deadlines
Candidate Profile:
- Recent school leaver or trainee with 6 months payroll/HR experience
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Fast learner who works well independently
- Detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle numbers and collaborate with stakeholders
- High ethical standards and capable of maintaining confidentiality
