Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal user inquiries and issues regarding our software products promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, guiding users through the resolution process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Respond to user inquiries, provide training when needed, and ensure a positive user experience.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Continuously stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Software Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software applications, troubleshooting methodologies, and debugging techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when assisting customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
