Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tours Manager for a Travel, Event and Tours Management Company located in Colombo District. The Tours Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel tours and events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients. Day-to-day tasks may include itinerary development, vendor management, budgeting, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel/ Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 3 Years Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Tour planning, coordination, and management skills
• Experience in organizing travel tours and events
• Strong ENGLISH communication Skills, Team Leadership, Multitasking and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local attractions and tourist destinations in Sri Lanka
• Ms. Office working Knowledge
• Sales & Marketing Expertise is an Added Advantage
