Job Description
Role Description: The Tour Executive oversees outbound tour operations, managing inquiries, designing travel itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients regarding inbound tours.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences.
- Coordinate with local suppliers, manage bookings, and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Provide detailed destination information and handle customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on tourism trends and manage tour budgets effectively.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote tour packages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in travel and tourism.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in travel software and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities and flexibility.
