As a key player in supporting our operational and customer service teams, you will assist in the coordination of tour services and logistics, ensuring exceptional and seamless journeys for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating travel itineraries for individual and group tours.
- Work closely with hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and other vendors for smooth travel logistics.
- Provide support for customer inquiries, bookings, and resolving trip issues.
- Maintain databases, records, and reports related to tours and clients.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and vendors regarding any tour updates.
- Assist in creating and managing promotional materials for tours.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis for new travel offerings.
- Support the sales team in handling bookings and inquiries.
