We are seeking an enthusiastic Tour Executive to join our team at Partnera. Responsibilities include organizing travel packages to USA and Canada, providing expert advice, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Organise Tours to various destinations
- Demonstrate Destination Expertise
- Consult Clients and Provide Tailored Recommendations
- Coordinate Bookings with Airlines and Hotels
- Focus on Sales and Customer Service
- Effective Troubleshooting for Client Challenges
- Manage Travel Documentation and Market Trends
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in travel
- Strong English command
- Knowledge of USA and Canada preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and booking platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first approach
