Job Description
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during the trip.
- Understand client preferences, needs, and budgets; provide advice on destinations, activities, cultural experiences, local customs.
Design tailored travel itineraries that meet the client’s expectations, including flights, accommodations, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
- Make bookings for flights, hotels, tours, transportation, and other services.
- Client meetups and hotel inspections when required.
- Maintain a database of sales leads.
