Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tour Consultant Maldives at Olanka Travels in Colombo. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing guided tours, providing excellent communication and customer service, offering expert travel consulting, and promoting travel & tourism in the Maldives region. The role will involve creating tailored itineraries, arranging accommodations and activities, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Guided Tours and Travel Consulting skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Maldives Travel & Tourism
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field added advantage
