Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant at Ceylon Empire Travels. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, offering travel consulting services, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications:

• Guided Tours and Travel Consultation skills
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
• Passion for promoting authentic travel experiences
• Knowledge of Sri Lanka’s cultural and natural attractions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
