Responsibilities
* Good interpersonal skills of handling customers
* Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the client’s requirements
* Knowledge in 2 GDS platforms
* Internal and external communication with airlines and other authorities
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications to the field
* Fluency in both English and Sinhala/Tamil
* Effective sales & marketing skills, including sharp negotiation skills
* Excellent destination knowledge
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
