Job Description
Join our team of Go-getters at Advantis Travel & Aviation, the most reliable service provider in Sri Lanka for General Sales Agency representation, Airport operations, Aviation supply services, and retail travel services. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as a Ticketing Executive for our B2B Online Travel Platform, catering to B2B Customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of Airline Ticketing experience
- Proficient in ticket issuance, re-issuance, and refund processes
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of GDS
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in English (Other languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
