Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Utilize Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo reservation systems proficiently.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and airline policies knowledge.
• Process payments, issue tickets, and confirm reservations efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and reservation systems changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3-5 years experience as a Ticketing Agent or similar role.
• Expertise in Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo systems.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Deep knowledge of airline regulations and industry trends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional travel certifications a plus.
