Responsibilities
- Deal directly with customers via telephone or email.
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Provide timely and accurate information on products and services.
- Follow up with customers for satisfaction.
- Record inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Communicate with internal departments.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by team leader.
Requirements
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules.
- Proficiency in Thai language.
