Job Description

With the expansion of our current market segment, Laugfs Lubricant is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Lubricant Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth in the lubricant industrial market segment.
• Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Regularly visit Company Distributors and manage Distributor Sales Representatives.
• Implement sales strategies to expand and strengthen the current market segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• A professional qualification in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
• Proven success in sales, preferably within the lubricant industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
