Responsibilities
- Increase revenue and product penetration through retail channels by executing effective sales campaigns.
- Improve retail brand visibility and use updated marketing materials in the allocated territory, at all customer and distribution points.
- Monitor and manage partners, sub-dealers, and distributors effectively.
- Utilize new processes/technologies to understand market trends and purchaser behaviors.
- Enhance relationships in the territory by understanding market behaviors.
- Achieve excellent customer experiences and higher revenues through managing touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in general management/marketing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail/FMCG at a regional level, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Knowledgeable in computer literacy and sales processes.
- Skills in customer engagement, negotiation, team building, and selling.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil/English; Sinhala proficiency advantageous.
